As opposed to complete 'Graphics' packages the 'Free, Splashes, Buttons and Banners' are for those people who don't need absolutely every graphic under the sun to make their website complete. The following Splashes have been made by James Jackson on Adobe Photoshop 7.0. They are free and can be used in any way you like, I only ask that you do not pass them off as your own work as they took me a while to make each, so enjoy but respect the fact that I have made them.
